15.3 For EU consumers: According to EU Regulation No. 1215/2012, EU consumers may bring proceedings against Tetrus Recruiting either in the courts of Greece or in the courts of the place where the consumer is domiciled. Tetrus Recruiting may bring proceedings against an EU consumer only in the courts of the Member State in which the consumer is domiciled.

15.4 For EU consumers: Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it without the need for court action. If you are an EU consumer and are not satisfied with how we have handled any complaint, you may wish to submit your complaint for online resolution to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

16. SEVERABILITY

16.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. WAIVER

17.1 The failure of Tetrus Recruiting to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.

17.2 No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
